Chandigarh: Panjab University, Chandigarh defeated GNDU, Amritsar 12-9 to win the All-India Inter University Softball Championship for Women for the session 2011-12.

While Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar finished second with Delhi University and Calicut University, Calicut, finishing third and fourth respectively.
