Ludhiana: Sapna Saini won the best athlete award and Harpreet Kaur was declared the best player in the 69th annual athletics meet of the Government College for Women that was held in Ludhiana on Thursday.

This year’s meet was dedicated to Satguru Ram Singh and other Namdhari freedom fighters. SL Lotey, officiating director sports, Punjab appeared as the chief guest on the concluding day.
