Chandigarh: Panjab University defeated Punjabi University from Patiala 24-22 in a tight fought contest at the ongoing North Zone Inter University Handball Championship for Women which is being held at DAV Public School, Sector 8.

Punjabi University were in a very good chance to win and were leading 13-9 in the first half of the game. But they were unaple to capitalise as two of their players got injured and gave the opponents a chance to come back in the match
