Bangalore: South Central Railway (SCR) beat Rail Coach Factory (RCF) 6-5 via tie-breaker to win the 70th all-India inter-Railway hockey championship at the KSHA stadium here on Friday. The teams were tied 2-2 in regulation time. SCR won the penalty shootout 4-3.
