I got inspired to play football by a cartoon network…

I started playing football two years ago and now I play for Simla Young Club in Delhi, which I think is one of the best club in North India and I am very lucky to get opportunities from Tushar Dev, who is the founder of the Club.

Actually I was inspired by Television Cartoon, which was telecast by Animax channel. The story was that one day an 11-year-old boy met one unknown person on the football ground. This guy was the Brazilian football coach who has taught football techniques to many students. After interaction with the person, the boy went to the practice ground everyday and started taking strenuous training everyday. The boy soon got to play in the U-15 squad of the school team and his team went on to win the inter-school tournament.

Inspired by that, I decided to play football and I joined Simla Young Club. Last year I went to play in Sweden for Gothia Cup and we were the top performer among the other India clubs.

My aim is to play for the national team and I ant to see my team qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
