Chiragh: Thank you. I can’t explain my current state. People were yelling out my name after every shot. The support of the home crowd felt really good. All I can say that the feel is awesome and I am enjoying it.
ISN: Did you expect to finish Indian Open on such a high note?
Chiragh: Honestly speaking, I never expected it. I just played well and yes I achieved it. So yeah all is well that ends well.
ISN: So how do you sum up your current season prior to Indian Open?
Chiragh: I started off really well. I made cuts on some occasions and then could not keep up the consistency. So yeah it was a mixed season for me where I was successful on some occasions and failed in some.
ISN: How do you see your career from now on?
Chiragh: Well I would take only positives from here. I as a person do not think of the past too much. Everyone needs a start and I guess this was it for me. So I am really looking forward from here and hope to be on the leader board more often.
ISN: What has been your goal?
Chiragh: Well my primary goal was to secure my card for the next season of Asian Tour and I have emerged successful in doing that by the virtue of second place finish at the Indian Open. So as of now I would taking two weeks off and after that I would start playing in the Asian Tour events.
