IPL- Bangalore vs Chennai: Players who can make a difference in Match No. 70

IPL-6 Bangalore versus Chennai : Chris Gayle and MS Dhoni eye to eyeRoyal Challengers Bangalore are ready to take on Chennai Super Kings in a do or die match. RCB have played some poor cricket away from home because of which they have landed themselves in trouble. Chris Gayle and AB De Villiers are going to be the most important players for RCB in this match because if they get going then chasing or setting up a target won’t be a big deal but they have to face the likes of Mohit Sharma and Jason Holder who have been doing well in the bowling department. MS Dhoni is far better captain than Virat Kohli but Kohli would be looking to show good aggressive intent to outplay Dhoni in this must-win match. Suresh Raina and Mike Hussey, who had been in great from this season, would be looking to cherish the fragile bowling attack of RCB.

Here we bring to you the players to watch out for in the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Chris Gayle
: Gayle has been unstoppable at Chinnaswamy Stadium. Against CSK, he would be looking to come hard in the must-win match today. He was bit slow in the initial overs in last game but did well to reach 77 runs off just53 balls.

Virat Kohli: His form has been roller-coaster so far but he needs to be in good touch for this game. This is a must win game for him or else Hyderabad might sneak through the play-offs. His captaincy has been pretty ordinary so far and he needs to be pro-active rather than being reactive.

AB De Villiers: De Villiers needs to play a big innings which has been due till now. He must fancy his shots but he needs to understand that batting in first 10 overs is much more different than last five overs. He needs to be a bit patient if he comes to bat early.

Vinay Kumar: Kumar has been the leading wicket-taker for RCB so far and would be looking to take the advantage of home conditions once again. He needs to provide wickets in quick succession to demolish the batting line-up of CSK.

Jaydev Unadkat: Unadkat has bowled some brilliant spells this season and would be looking to shine in this must win match by picking up some wickets. His four overs are going to decide the fate of the match.

Chennai Super Kings

Mohit Sharma: Sharma has been brilliant with the ball but he will be having a tough task in hand as he takes on the likes of De Villiers and Gayle in this match. His early breakthroughs might make this game much more interesting.

Mike Hussey: Hussey has been the torch-bearer for CSK in this season and would be looking to get as much runs on the wicket of Chinnaswamy. He can be very explosive if he goes on to bat more than 10 overs.

Jason Holder: Holder has done well in last couple of matches and would be looking to repeat such performances. His ability to get the awkward bounce can come in handy against Kohli and Gayle.

MS Dhoni: Dhoni has played some stupendous innings till now and would be looking to take on the likes of Vinay Kumar and Jaydev Unadkat in this match head on.

Suresh Raina: Raina would be looking to get some runs under the belt as the team goes to the play-offs. He has been great so far but he needs to fire in every match from now on.
