Orimattila, Finland: India's Priyanshu Pandey won the gold medal in Double Trap Junior Men's event on the first day of 5th Junior International Shotgun Competition here on Wednesday.

Although, Priyanshu didn’t have a good score (102/150) in qualification round, his score of 24 in semi-finals and 23 in finals secured him a gold medal. This is his second international competition.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Singh Rathore shot 105 in qualification round and was in the Finals. He was ranked 6th after the final round.

The team of Priyanshu Pandey (102), Sanjay Rathore (105) and Ahvar Rizvi (93) won the silver medal in this event.
