IPL-Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Pune Warriors: Players to watch out for in Match No. 31

chrisgayle-rcbRoyal Challengers Bangalore are all set to take on Pune warriors India at Chinnaswamy stadium on Tuesday. Both the teams have great batting power with them but it’s the bowling department that makes a considerable amount of difference between these two teams. With Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli in good form this season Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be having a tough time in initial overs but road for Vinay Kumar and RP Singh is also not easy as they would have to take on Aaron Finch and Yuvraj Singh in this match.

Here we bring to you the players to watch out for Royal Challengers Bangalore versus Pune Warriors India.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)

Chris Gayle: Chris Gayle has hit the purple patch and is scoring in heaps this season of IPL. The way he moulded himself in last match against Rajasthan was something unexpected from him. The longer he stays on the field the higher RCB will score at their home ground.

Virat Kohli: Kohli is a leading run-scorer in this edition of IPL and with some good captaincy in last few matches, he would be looking to make this match another high scoring affair. His aggression proving to be good for his side.

RP Singh: RP Singh had a brilliant outing against Rajasthan as he took three wickets for just 13 runs in last match. His ability to run-through the batting line-up makes him deadly.

AB De Villiers: De Villiers has played some good knocks but he should rather open with Gayle and make himself play much more overs without any pressure. He can shift his gear very quickly and add to that his ability to stay till the end and makes him dangerous for the opposition.

Vinay Kumar: Vinay was brilliant in last match as he gave away just 18 runs in his four overs and took three wickets. He can be very lethal with his variations in pace in the final overs of the innings.

Pune Warriors India (PWI)

Yuvraj Singh: Yuvraj has been looking bit rusty this season. He has played some good knocks but he needs to stay for bit long on the crease. He needs to be used very wisely in bowling because he can be a wicket-taking bowler and even in last match he picked up one wicket.

Robin Uthappa: Uthappa needs to be much more aggressive. He gets into the shell and starts playing too many balls. He has to avoid this habit because he is doing well and even in last match he scored 37 runs including four fours.

Aaron Finch: He smacked 64 off 42 balls and was decimating the bowlers all over the ground as he hit eight fours and two sixes. His ability to stay on the crease for a long time ensures that he can do much more damage to the opposition. He just needs to be cautious with his shot-selection after he bats for 10-15 overs.

Luke Wright: Wright can be very handy if he gets a chance to bat with Steve Smith at number four. He can make a significant difference with his ability to attack bowlers from the word go and that makes him a great asset for his team. He played a cameo as he came up with six fours and one six in his knock of 34 runs off just 11 balls.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: Bhuvaneshwar has the ability to take on even the best in business. His ability to give those early breakthroughs can come in handy against Chris Gayle and AB De Villiers.
