Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Delhi Daredevils: Players who can make a difference in IPL Match No. 57

Royal Challengers Bangalore are all set to take on Delhi Daredevils at Feroze Shah Kotla in a must win match and RCB would be looking to clearing their way and get those two crucial points in their kitty. RCB, however, need to tackle the likes of Virender Sehwag, David Warner and Mahela Jayawardene as they can decimate their bowling attack on their given day. But the likes of Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers RCB have all the fire power and can win the match on their own.

Here we bring to you the players to watch out for in the match between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)

Delhi Daredevils (DD)

Virender Sehwag: Sehwag hasn’t fired at all since the last few matches. But he would love to play a blistering knock in front of his home crowd. If he gets going in this match then RCB bowlers will be having very hard time on the field for sure.

Mahela Jayawardene: Jayawardene has been looking pretty rusty this season. Though he scored 34 runs in last match and showed the glimpse of his class, he has a lot to prove. He would be looking to settle the scores with Virat Kohli as his team defeated DD in super over when they met last.

David Warner:
Warner has played some very good knock at Kotla earlier and would be looking to come hard on RCB bowlers. He hasn't had a pleasant tournament so far and would be looking to fire for the Daredevils and give the home crowd something to cheer about.

Irfan Pathan: Pathan missed out on the last match but would be looking to make his way in style when he takes on RCB. In the last match against RCB, he bowled brilliantly and if he manages to do that today, RCB would be in some sorts of problems with his in-winging deliveries.

Umesh Yadav: Yadav has a lot to prove before he makes it to the Champions Trophy later this month. His inconsistent form has been one of the reason for his team not making into the play-offs and it’s a high time he shows up with some good form.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)

Chris Gayle:
Gayle scored 61 runs off 33 balls against Punjab and was looking in good touch. He is going to be play a crucial role in the success of RCB especially when all these matches have become a must win after some series of losses in away games.

Virat Kohli: Kohli has been struggling since last few matches and would be looking to get amongst the runs at Kotla. He has enough experience of playing on this wicket which will come handy.

AB de Villiers:
De Villiers has played some excellent innings in this season. The way he has batted in some innings has given RCB some great finishes and his role would be pivotal in the upcoming matches as well.

Vinay Kumar: Inconsistent line and length has been the reason for his failure with the ball but before getting into Champions Trophy he would be looking to get into groove. He can be very handy in death overs but he needs to be using those bouncers and yorkers to avoid hammering from the likes of Sehwag and Warner.

Murali Kartik: Kartik bowled brilliantly in last match as he picked two wickets in his three overs. He has not been able to contain the batsmen in mid-overs which seems to be a big worry for RCB as of now.
