You can put the boundary wherever you want, I'll take on the challenge: Chris Gayle

gaylewinsthethrillerforrcbBangalore: Chris Gayle came up with yet another astonishing knock and scored an unbeaten 85 runs off 50 balls to give Royal Challengers Banaglore a comprehensive eight wickets win over Kolkata Knight Riders here on Thursday

Speaking during the post-match presentation, Gayle, who was awarded the man-of-match trophy, said in a lighter vein that the length of the boundary hardly mattered to him. "You can put the boundary wherever you want, I'll take on the challenge,” said Gayle.

Meanwhile winning captain Virat Kohli, speaking about the on-field spat between him and Gambhir said that it's done and dusted. "It's done, what is done on the field is done. Coming to the game, it was a great game for us. When you know Gayle is leaving the ball, the opposition has to be more worried than when he is hitting it," said Kohli.

Gautam Gambhir to didn't give much importance to the spat on the field and said they don't need to carry it off the field. "It happens in the heat of the moment. We dont need to carry it off the field. It is a tough sport and there is no love lost,” said Gambhir.

“All credit to Chris Gayle. He took the game away from us. We were in the same position last year as well. Hopefully we can turn it around. You have to get 160-170 here when you bat first. It is not like Kolkata or other venues where 140 is fine," added Gambhir.
