ICC U-19 World Cup final: Players who can make the difference…

It is down to a moment where India and Australia will lock horns in the finals of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup. Roads to the finals for both the teams have been a contrasting one. While India started off with a loss in the tournament and then faced several tense moments before reaching the finals, Australia on the other hand are unbeaten so far and won most of their matches comprehensively.

But then coming into the finals, odds would be stacked up against both the teams evenly and both the teams would aim to get into the skin of each other.

Here are few players to watch out for in the match:

Unmukt Chand: The skipper has not been able to deliver on the expected lines. The attacking right handed opening batsman has just scored just 135 runs from his five outings, but then he is a lot better batsmen than that. The team would want their captain to lead from the front today.

Prashant Chopra: Chopra with 178 runs is the highest Indian run getter for the tournament and the team would want him to rise up to the occasion for one more time. He has delivered constantly throughout the tournament when other Indian batsmen were not able to. He is surely a man to watch out for and he would hold the key to a good batting performance by India.

Sandeep Sharma: The right-arm fast bowler has been a revelation in this tournament. Sandeep has bowled very well with the new ball and has helped India getting key breakthroughs. He has taken eight wickets in the tournament so far and his skipper Chand would want him to make early inroads in the final tomorrow.

Australia:

William Bosisto:
The Australian skipper has led the side from the front with his batting. He has scored 189 runs so far in the tournament and his knack at performing during crucial times is what makes him a dangerous player.  India will have to come up with a strategy to stop Bosisto because if he gets going things will get difficult for India in the match.

Cameron Bancroft: With 194 runs in four matches, he is the highest run scorer for Australia in the tournament. He already has a century to his name and the opener will be looking to get his team off to a great start.

Gurinder Singh Sandhu: The 19 year old Gurinder is the first Indian player to play for Australia. He has picked up nine wickets in the tournaments and will look to threaten Indian batting line-up with his disciplined bowling.
