Bangalore: Indian batting maestro has started his preparations for the forthcoming test series at home against New Zealand at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) on Wednesday.

Sachin who entered the NCA in order to get in proper shape had a net session along with Zaheer Khan, who has been training here for last few days.

The first Test will begin in Hyderabad on August 23 while the second and final match is scheduled at Bangalore from August 31.
