It was a mixed day for Indian contingent yesterday as Indian woman boxer MC Mary Kom was assured of a medal whereas one of the best bet Vijender Singh vowed out of the Olympics. Today there is a medal up for grabs as dicus thrower Vikas Gowda is in the finals. Also the Indian Hockey Team will be in action to play for the 11th-12th position playoffs. Also Indian Renjith Maheshwari would be in action as he would try to qualify for the finals of the triple jump finals.
