Yuvraj back to NCA, hopes to be back in shape and form before T20 World Cup

Bangalore: 2011 ICC World Cup Player Of The Series Yuvraj Singh, who is recuperating after undergoing treatment for a rare germ cell cancer between his lungs in the US, has returned to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) Bangalore.

The southpaw, who had joined NCA sometime back took an off and has returned now hoping to get fit before the T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka to be played from September this year.

The star all-rounder is undergoing physiotherapy and gym sessions and the NCA has been monitoring Yuvraj's condition and sending reports regularly to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Yuvraj was the part of 2007 T20 World cup winning squad where he hit six sixes off a single Stuart Broad over in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
