In the second match of the Super Sunday, Mumbai Indians (MI) would host Deccan Chargers (DC) at the Wankhede Stadium. MI, a strong title contender, is languishing on the points table while DC are currently the bottom placed team with just one win so far in the tournament.

Both the team would go all guns out and like to consolidate their position in the league and they would depend on some players heavily to reap success in the clash.

Here are the some of the payers to watch out for in tonight’s match

Mumbai Indians:

Keiron Pollard: He is known for his batting attributes. He has not been among the runs that often in this year’s tournament but Mumbai would want him to fire in this match if they want to subside Deccan. He can turn the match on his head easily with few big hits.

Rohit Sharma: His last ball six against the Deccan Chargers in their first leg match has been one of the highlights of this years’ IPL. Rohit is looking in sublime form and has played some match winning knocks. He is a dangerous player and can destroy any bowling attack. He has a nick of playing match winning innings now and then and his team will be hoping that he can produce such inning in this match.

Lasith Malinga: He is back after an injury and the last match he played showed that he is bowling with same aggression and pace. He is undoubtedly the best bowler in this format and his record speaks for himself. He has lethal Yorkers and some very good slower deliveries. His battle against his Sri Lankan teammate Kumar Sangakkara will be great to watch.

Pragyan Ojha: This talented left-arm spinner will have a very crucial role against the right-handed batsmen. He is a big spinner of the ball and has the ability to induce batsmen into playing bad strokes.

Deccan Chargers:

Cameron White: The explosive Australian has finally performed and what an impact that had. His knock helped DC win their first game of the IPL 5. White is a big hitter and he is the player on which the Deccan would depend again today. White is a very good hitter against spin bowling and will play a vital role in the middle part of their innings. The Aussie can clear any ground with ease and the MI will know it very well that they will have to get White out of their way to get to the desired result.

Jean-Paul Duminy: Duminy is a regular member of the South African T20 team and is a very capable player. Duminy is very effective in rotating the strike and can hit some lusty blows whenever required. He is very effective in the end overs as he has the talent of picking the gaps. Duminy has played some special T20 innings and Deccan will be hoping that he can play some good innings now. He is also a very smart off-spinner with a good action and can be very effective.

Dale Steyn: The number one Test bowler in the world will take the new ball for the Chargers. Steyn is a very talented bowler and is already considered to be one of the best fast bowlers. He is a genuine swing bowler and bowls at a rapid space.. Steyn can bowl some match changing spells and will be a threat to any batting line-up.

Amit Mishra: He may be struggling to get a place in the national team but he is a force when it comes to IPL. He is one of the highest wicket takers in the history of IPL and is one of the most sought out bowler. Mishra is a genuine wicket taker and has the ability to induce batsmen into playing wrong shots. He can bowl some big leg-breaks and is a tough bowler to hit out of the ground.
