Clubs seek meeting with AIFF

Mumbai: Representatives from twelve I-League clubs got together to discuss various matters that could be beneficial Indian football.
The meeting, hosted by Pune FC at their corporate headquarters in Mumbai, on Tuesday, had Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Pailan Arrows keep away.

 


At the end of day, club representatives decided upon sending a formal request to the All Indian Football Federation (AIFF) and IMG-Reliance for a Special Meeting with AIFF General Secretary at the earliest to discuss all matters the clubs agreed upon which in turn will be beneficial to Indian football.

The clubs attending the meeting included, McDowells Mohun Bagan AC, Kingfisher East Bengal, Prayad United Sports Club, Dempo SC, Salgaocar SC, Churchill Brothers, Sporting Clube de Goa, Air-India, Mumbai FC, Shillong Lajong FC, Chirag United Kerala and Pune FC.
