New Delhi: Both, Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab, who will be clashing with each other at the ferozeshah Kotla ground on Friday, have started their IPL Season 9 with a defeat. Hosts Delhi will have the home advantage, but Kings XI Punjab, after giving a tough fight to Gujarat Lions, would be all out to win the match move ahead with few points in their kitty.

Zaheer Khan: The newly-appointed skipper of the Delhi franchisee has a big responsibility over his shoulders and will have to lead from the front. Kings XI Punjab
David Miller: The KXIP skipper has been a core part of this team for many years. This powerful left-handed batsman has been a match winner for Punjab and played has a significant role in the 2014 season when KXIP finished first in the league table with a strike rate of 149.6. He is also an outstanding fielder.
Glen Maxwell: He announced his arrival to the world in the 2014 IPL. He scored 552 runs with a highest of 95 and a strike rate of 187.75! Two years down the line, he is more experienced now. He has matured in his batting and his form will be vital for Punjab this season. He is a versatile batsman who can bat anywhere in the lineup. A hard hitter of the ball and very useful with his off spin, he will play an important role.
Shaun Marsh: The first ever orange cap holder, Shaun Marsh has been phenomenal for the Punjab side. He can play any role in the team -- be it of an opener or a finisher and will be a vital component for Preity Zinta’s team.
