Kuala Lumpur: India thrashed Malaysia by eight wickets in the ongoing U-19 Asia Cup. The star of the matcs was the left-arm spinner Vikas Mishra who picked four wickets and only conceded 18 runs in the 8.3 overs that he bowled.

Put in to bat, Malaysian batsmen never grabbed the hold of the situation as they kept loosing wickets and didn’t manage a single substantial partnership. They could only manage 126 runs before getting out in the 40th over.

In reply, India had a solid start as both the openers played cautiously and managed partnership of 50 runs. India achieved the target with 19 overs to spare.
