Mumbai: Indian women’s cricket team left for England to play two T20Is and five ODIs from June 26 to July 11, 2012. Ahead of the tour, Mithali Raj who was reinstated as the captain said that India prepared well before the tour and are confident of doing well in the tough English conditions.
Mithali said that they are well prepared to face the number one side in the world, and have done enough homework to play against them. She also ensured that India will play positively throughout the series.
