Seeded 5th and FIDE Master Arvinddh Chithambaram Vr has collected 4 points after beat IM Prasanna. On the other hand in the girls category high rated and 5th seed Michelle Catherina P from Tamil Nadu beat her state mate seventh seed and FIDE Master Mahalaxmi M and entered in the next sixth round .
While 8th seed and FIDE Master Monnisha GK of Tamil Nadu beat Maharashtra’s Supriya Joshi, 10th seed Srija Seshadri from Tamil Nadu beat 20th seed Meenu Priya Se of Tamil Nadu.
On the other table 11th seed and Candidate master Prince Bajaj of Delhi beat lower seed Bose Sayan from West Bengal, fourth seed and FIDE Master Das Sayantan from West Bengal beat Maharashtra lower seed Mithil Ajgaonkar.
65th seed Atul Kumar of UP played a draw with his opponent 32ndseed Darpan Inani. 78th seed UP’s Sanchay Dubay beat 89th seed Abhimanyu Mishra in the open category. While UP’s 59th seed Ayushi Jaiswal Beat 65th seed Parul Mukesh Kumar of Himachal Pradesh and successfully entered in sixth round.
