New Delhi: Monnet Ispat and Energy Limited, the official sponsors of Indian Boxing Team felicitated the Indian boxers Vijender Singh, Sumit Sangwan and Shiva Thapa for qualifying for the London Olympics 2012 here today.

In a ceremony held at a city hotel, Monnet gave away a cash award of two lacs to Shiva and Sumit for winning gold at the recently concluded Asian Qualifiers in Astana, Kazakhstan whereas star Indian boxer Vijender was awarded with one lacs for winning bronze at the same event. Their medal winning streak at Astana helped them in sealing Olympics spot.
