London: India’s ace shuttler Saina Nehwal won her second match in convincingly against Thailand’s Busanan Ongbumrungpan 21-16, 21-9 to progress into the quarterfinals of YONEX All England Championships, here on Thursday.
The Hyderabadi shuttler will now play Chinese Taipei’s Tai Tzu Ying in the last eight, and is still on course to meet Carolina Marin in Sunday’s final.

Meanwhile, Ratchanok Intanon, the 2010 women’s singles finalist progressed to the quarter-finals for the fourth time. Thailand’s number one beat Akane Yamaguchi of Japan 21-9 21-13 and will now play Spain’s defending champion Marin in the last eight clash.
Meanwhile, India’s Praneeth failed to make into next round after his defeat by Denmark's Hans-Kristian Vittinghus. Kidambi Srikanth also lost 10-21, 13-21 to Japanese Kento Momota.
