Another new leaf seems to have been added in the lethal connection between cricket and Bollywood. Apparently, Suresh Raina and our very own perky Anushka Sharma from ‘Rab ne Bana Di Jodi’ are being linked up together.
Attacking batsman Suresh Raina and Band Baaja Baarat star Anushka Sharma first met in London a few months ago, when the Indian team was touring England. Since then, they have managed to find time for each other and are 'hanging out' together.
Close friends of the pair claim that they share a good chemistry. But beyond that, neither they nor the players involved are ready to say anything. Raina earlier was linked with the high-profile daughter of a union minister not too long ago.
Raina and Anushka have not made any public appearances yet but it can be confirmed that they are not exactly the kinds who would like to keep their friendship under wraps.
Anushka, an army officer's daughter from Uttarakhand, has some cricket connection too. Her brother Karnesh was a state-level player also the actress has earlier acted in Patiala House, a film based on the life of a cricketer.
