Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Tournament: Skipper Harbhajan Singh stars in Punjab’s win against J&K

harbhajan singh odiKochi: Skipper Harbhajan Singh picked three wickets, giving away just eight runs, while Mandeep Singh struck his second fifty (58 not out) in two days to help Punjab cruise to an easy win against Jammu and Kashmir in a group B encounter of the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Tournament on Sunday.

Earlier, J&K set a target of 105, courtesy a 52-run partnership between Bandeep Singh 40 and Ian Chauhan (39 not out). Punjab got to the total in just 14.3 overs.

In another match, Karnataka emerged victorious against Mumbai in a battle of domestic giants in a nail-biting thriller.
