Indianapolis: International Cricket Council (ICC) has invited application for a USA cricket national men’s coach. According to a communication received here from ICC, this paid role will coach the senior men’s squad, oversee the development of talented youth players and also assist in the development of the national women’s programme.

The key responsibilities are to prepare and coach men’s national teams and squads to achieve qualification for ICC global events as outlined in USA Cricket Strategic Framework.
Devise, implement, monitor and evaluate detailed plans for the development of national squads and individual player plans within those squads.
Develop a USA squad culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Establish performance programs that identify and develop young talent that will sustain the success of national teams .
Serve as a member of the USA men’s selection panel charged with selecting National men’s and youth squads and teams.
Assist in the development of the national female program and female players.
Support the development of the USA high performance coaches.
Manage the USA performance database and capture of relevant performance footage and information and contribute as requested to sponsorship, media and promotional activities
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Minimum of 5 years of international or representative cricket coaching experience, with a proven track record of success.
Outstanding leadership, work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
A minimum Level 2 Coaching Qualification, Level 3 desirable.
